For help, bug reports, account questions, or anything else about Fanturf:
When you write in, it helps to include your username and, if it's a bug, your device model and what you were doing when it happened.
Open the post, tap the flag / report icon, and choose a reason. Posts that gather enough trust-weighted flags are automatically hidden pending review, and our moderation team clears the queue regularly.
Open their profile, tap the menu, and choose Block. Blocked accounts can no longer interact with you or see your content.
You're in control. In Profile → Settings → Privacy you can set your profile to public or private, limit your library to followers, and choose whether your pins show your exact location or an approximate city-level area. By default, other people see your locations rounded to city level.
Go to Profile → Settings → Email & password to update your email. If you ever need to confirm your address, you can resend the verification email from there or from the banner on your profile.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and we'll email you a recovery link. Open it on the same device and it will return you to the app. You can also sign in with Apple or Google.
In the app: Profile → "..." → Advanced → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and content. Full details, including what is deleted and what is briefly retained, are on the Account & Data Deletion page. If you can't access the app, email support@fanturf.app.
