Account & Data Deletion

Summary: You can delete your Fanturf account and all associated data at any time, directly inside the app or by emailing us. This page explains exactly how, what gets deleted, and what is retained.

How to request deletion

In the app (fastest):

  1. Open the Fanturf app and go to your Profile.
  2. Tap the "..." menu, then Advanced.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deactivated immediately and all associated data is permanently removed within the timeframe below.

By email: If you can't access the app, send a deletion request to support@fanturf.app from the email address on your account, with the subject "Data deletion request". We verify ownership and complete the deletion on the same schedule. We respond within 30 days.


What is deleted

When you delete your Fanturf account, the following is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days:

What is retained, and for how long

Flag & moderation records Up to 90 days after deletion Safety, abuse prevention, and to enforce the EULA against repeat offenders.
Aggregate crash logs 30 days (then auto-deleted by the provider) De-identified after account deletion; not linkable back to you.
Backup snapshots Up to 7 days (rolling) Disaster-recovery backups expire on a rolling 7-day window; deleted data is not restored from them.

Nothing in the retained set is used to contact you or rebuild your profile. It expires automatically on the schedule above.
